ok im switching to all nukes and i was wondering for 30 bow wat it does actually the attack rating thing, does your nukes damage go up or something????

30 Bicheon/Sword for Block, an extra 10 defense in emergency and a shitty KD. Your 4th mastery doesn't matter. Take Pacheon/Bow so you have a fast way to level up to 30. Then just dump Pacheon/Bow completely or leave the Hawk and Passive.

Attack Rating makes you hit closer to your max damage more often. If your nuke does like 90,000 - 100,000 you'll hit close to 100,000 more often.(Please don't take the 90,000 - 100,000 damage part seriously...)

im already lvl 90 with current skills of 81 fire, 81 bicheon, 80 ice, 58 light and im just switching to 90 fire, 90 light, 90 ice and maybe 30 pacheon
