str hybrids

Considering bow is recommend to go pure str. I was wondering if being a str hybrid for bow is good.

I know that str hybrids crit for less and have less hp to tank, but is there any advantage to this build?

just more mp. thats about it. maybe a little more damage with some magic skills, but not much. str isnt made for damage. its meant to be a tank. so just go pure str.

thanks for that input, but if i'd tank i rather go for s/s or glaive. so i guess being a str hybrid just gives more mp. but what if the build was 1:1?

bows are like str nukers . thay are basicaly almost the same as int nukers

nukers charge up with large nukes and than go BOOM!! , bowers charge up a big strong bow or a anti devilbow and than go BOOM!!

in order to get the max BOOM !! outa your bow skills you need 100% or more phy ballance , and a critt 10+ bow

str hybrids usualy dont have 100% phy ballance ,

oh ok. but str bows seem to be kinda weak at the early lvls. at what lvl does it get better?

depends on wat you call weak. you should be able to eazely kill a silver or green mob , if you cant there is something wrong

Ok im a str hybrid glaive and im lvl 27. If i kill earth ghost in about 2-3 skills (soul spear and chain spear) am i good or am i screwed? Sorry for asking another question in some1 elses topic but i just needed to know

depends , are you using a sos weapon ? if not its oke ,2 - 3 hits is about wat thay should take at lvl 27 , them being 27 also and all ,

BUT if your one of those low lvl gold farming whores , and glad in full sos outfit+ sos weapon +3 critt 10+ , than NO , you suck !!

The only SOS thing ever in my entire SOS collection is 1 Lousy 4th degree poison reduce thingy. And now the only thing my glaive has is +3 strength and some steady and immortal stuff

i cant really take out white mobs quickly. i use an antidevil, imbue, 2arrow combo, explosion arrow and still not dead. lol.

Then kill green mobs. Find a bow with at least a crit of 8. At lvl 31, with a lvl 29 +2 bow crit of 8, I was taking out demon horses in 1 -2 hits, and criting at over 1300 points of damage.

I am lvl 61, now, and I was taking out devil yetis (white mobs) in 1-2 hits at lvl 60.

Bows don't do a lot of damage, and they have a low AR. This is compensated by crits. Str adds to crit damage, and how much str you have on a per level basis, I tend to believe, will increase your chance for crits.

Add str tablets to your equipment (start with your jewelry).
