Some Questions regarding Armor, Weapon and Skills

Hello.
I had a lvl 17 INT Sword Cold Character. This Character was just
for testing the game and i really gimped him

Now ive created a new character. Its gonna be a STR Fire Bow Character.
(Good decision? )

My Questions are:

Which type of armor would you suggest? Garment for MP and Speed?
Could it be usefull to skill 2 Weapon Classes? (Bow and Glavie?)
If not, which Skills should i take along with Fire and Bow Skills? Maybe
Force? (Ill take Lightning for Grass Walk too)

Use ice to slow your enemies, you are a range character afterall.
Use ARMOR till lvl 30+, you will need it at lower levels.
