U need Attacking Rating to be increased using lighting is just ridicilous

i always went with blue, unless i was pvping nubs id put out the lightning hawk and 1 shot them with it. if u plan on following bow to the last cap ull need both. supposedly the last book has both the AR increase of white/blue and the phys atk of the black/lightning.

The attack rating increase makes you hit higher on your possable damage output. I am sure that more consitant damage per hit, is more then what the attacking hawk can do.

go with the blue hawk and whenyou want to farm at high lv and de-lvl the masterys use the sp for up the ligth hawk. both are good but the blue is better,
i think that i read in somewhere but i dont remember. the think is that with the final hakw need both hawk max

if* u have the sp for both hawks go for both..way fun if* u got a choice.. but over all i say the blue one is better...the lighting hawk increase damage about 1k over the blue one or sometimes the same. u can also feel the difference in attacking rating way slower..i think with the blue hawk..u have more then enough attack power there plus speed in attacking, thats good enough...

nither increases crit, but white/blue will help ur crits hit their hardest. white/blue r typically considerd better but ppl like to use black/lightning for looks
