90fire/90light/90bicheon

Is this build is good or as a pure int, i must maxed ice?

good if you don't plan on PvPing much

you should drop bich for Cold for ultimate PvE build

pure force nuker (90fire/90light/90cold) is my second option.

A pure int without ice would seem too fragile for me, but to be honest I've never tried a pure int without ice. Guess you could wear prots or armor to make up for the lack of phy defence though.

sheild and sword. Also I am a lvl 42 s/s uker definitely go 90bicheon/light/col 30 fire. Atm I die alot at mosnters my lvl because some GP 1 hits me or tons of parties and champs attack me together without Ice you will die a ton.

Correct me if I'm wrong, all nukers need 90 Ice. It's a must have. Else you are screwed.
