bow 70:70 to 1:1 hybrid

currently i am level 79 with 70:70 balance bow build with ice as main and light as sub.(currently skill max at 76 for ice/bow and 72 for light)

i notice that full farm glaive level 80 can kill me in 2,3 skill if the soul emperor stun me so i want to ask whether going to 1:1 from 70:70 can improve my defense? is it too much of a different in term of defense and damage?

what will be the best masteries for 1:1? 90 bow/fire and 60 light/ice?should i stick to garment?

i think hybrid 1:1 is best in archers.
and my masteries would be pancheon/fire lv90 light/cold lv60.
with protector set.
