As of the current cap, what do you think is the strongest overall PvPing build? As in, if you could have one of the following characters and one only, and wanted to do well in anything, be it jobbing, dueling, whatever, which would you pick?

Remember, this is in OVERALL strength. But if you have the time, feel free to post on what you think wins in the following situations:

1v1/Dueling: ??
Small Scale Group PvP: ??
Large Scale Job War/PvP: ??

I listed all of the builds I know, but if there's some hidden, super strong build I forgot, let me know.

Remember this is for the 90cap we have now.

a very versatile build that can withstand almost anything that's thrown at them, while dealing massive damages over and over.

Almost no build can take it, esp if you ahve a set of robes and a set of armor. You've got two 45 second buffs that make you unkillable, as well as only 30secs to tank before skin is ready again.
2 crits will kill you.

- Other De-Buffs.

I reckon it would do great as a STR hybrid, because stun de-buff can save the blader's life if he gets critted or something.

good luck inflicting any of the status on anyone with sub cleric.. u wont be making much use of stun (being the stat the goes through holy ward) as u dont do much damage. on the other hand a warrior/lock for example can switch to 2hander-->warcry-->daredevil-->gg.
still 1H/2H/Cleric can kill both builds with ease.

Blader can always knock down, though. After a KD, one's HP is pretty much recovered.

I'm curious why there's so little for lock/cleric. Wouldn't that be the ultimate combo?

Stun > Debuff > PO = One shot on any char in the game? Or am I wrong?

I know that offering puts out huge numbers. Isn't that enough, with lock -mag debuff and stun/sleep, to one shot even full str chinese bladers? Or 2h/cleric with mana skin up?

IMO Rogue/warlock is one of the best pvp build... those say um...useless vs sub cleric with holy spell probably have never seen a skill rogue/warlock owned 2hand warriors...I believe its was Night_Watch on troy that pvp 2hand/cleric...he won like 4x in a row vs a 2hand...bless/skins..bleh he go raped over his skins lol. stun+DD+prick=owned....I need to frap some pvp fight cuz most of u here will claim that warrior/cleric>>>owned rogue/warlock.
and holy spell does not prevent bleed I believe...seen a force nuker still inflict bleed over holy spell.(didn't check the lvl of holy spell)
Rogue/warlock don't just stand in one spot getting hit..constantly moving around.

1v1/Dueling: Bow or Glaive, or a well balanced nuker.
Small Scale Group PvP: Glaive. The ghost spear series are handy when it's multiple vs 1 glaive.
Large Scale Job War/PvP: Same as Small Scale. Bower maybe for the range.

Cant tell for Chinese chars tbh because it all depends on their builds like a Blader could be:
90bicheon/cold/force 30 fire

That would easily lose to some other build =/

Reasoning: Quads stabs make it easier it kill opponents quickly before snow runs

Small Scale Group PvP: Wizard / Cleric
Reasoning: deals out damage quickly and with AoE, takes down more than one person.

Large Scale Job War/PvP: Cleric / Warlock
Reasoning: Can debuff all the opponents with AoE debuffs then heal and buff the party

Just a matter of your tactics...

Why didn't you add bard?... IT is a nice build at higher levels.
Pure Bard<Pure Wizard. There is no chance a wizard can touch a bard. I dont know what would happen if they were given cleric sub tho.... probably wizard would be better O.o
