would it be good to have ice-90 lightning-90 fire-60 and bicheon-60?
would that be a good nuker?

No. You need bicheon 90, or else KD wont work.

bich 60 is a waste though, the attacks are weak.

Reason why 60 Fire?

Fire at 30 and Bicheon at 90.. that is what you are looking for.
