The perfect SP count?

Level?

This must be a really obvious question if no one has answered?

Just say -- "Level 21" or something?

get to 18 (at 18 9 gap)

buy ong taxies
gather lots op sp,, then make yourself a sub

Thanks for the info, but I don't really like taxis, I've gotten to 18 myself with a 9 gap from level 10 so I'll just make sure I have a healthy amount.
