Balanced Out

Im planning on making a pure int ice/lightning sword character, why ice? Well ice has frost nova and the buffs give me extra defense because i want to wear garment all through silk, lightning can give me speed and extra damage and frost nova can get me out of tough situations. :wink:

Have fun with the char, itll be good on PVE however you may have a few issues on PVP with the ice resistance when your higher lvl

Actually, I don't think that the cold buffs will be enough to keep you alive against physical mobs if you're wearing garments. If it does though, congrats on a new build.
