My Chinese Nuker

I have full int char with s/s. I decided to build it like this;

Fire 90
Light 90
Cold 90
Bicheon 30

But one of my friend told me, that kind of build doesn't work in pvp or job. He said, for pvp and job the build should be;

Bicheon 90
Light 90
Cold 90
Fire 30

I'm really confused, which one is true?

without weapon skill you will kinda suck at pvp so go for the 2nd sword/light/ice 90 and fire 30

The first one might be weaker at PvP, BUT it rapes at Unique hunting, guild wars, fortress wars, job wars, or any group PvP!

The first option is basically a PvE, and support build. It won't be strong in 1on1 pvp/jobbing.
