2h/xbow

Hey is 2h (first 2 rows and the 2 rows of 2handed skills) and xbow (only the passive and shoot skills) + moving march good combo?

only 180 mastery limit for you so either just go 2h/rogue 2h/bard rogue/bard just what i think..
