I'd say 90 bich/light/fire + 30 ice. Raising ice to lv30 isn't that hard and doesn't cost that much SP. However, that phy def from frost guard + passive and the snow shield comes handy.
However it just doesn't worth to substitute light to it. Parry increase is also nice and the speed stuff... well, no comment.
Anyway, you can try to go with an ICE blader with Ice imbue or both ice AND fire.
