NEED HELP WITH EUROPEAN STAFF DUDE

i need help from beginning to end. from lvl 1 and up i need to know what skills to lvl
and what skills not to lvl. need to know what to wear, what monsters to fight at what lvl, and anything else anyone can think of.
please post as much information u have, all info can help.
i would love it if izards lvl 70+ gave me a guide or tips because they obviously have
more experience but no matter what lvl u are i need all the help i can get so please post something usefull

there are several guides in teh 'guides tutorials' section dealing with wizard builds

just grind on mobs that you can 1hit (with lc) and you'll be ok...or you can grind in parties.
