refreshing time of death trap?

Hi, all sro addicts,
could anybody tell the refresh time of death trap after each attack? :?

this is the second book of trap skills, starting at lvl 84. I m not sure if i should develop it in case i already have the first book of blood trap. If it refreshes tooo slow, i wont use it.

you should get it anyway, it plants a skull on 3 people.
then triple sleep.
