Glacial Flame Bicheon. Useful?

At lvl 80 it reduces something by 66% but phy.power increase 106. Useful?What does it reduce?

Reduces shield def by a given % and increases atk power. I did notice that the increase in atk power is more than the description says so.

it reduces phy defense on the shield by 66% and increases your attack power by a significant amount

i would say that it is usefull in pvp against INT
because it only reduces phy def.

yeah its good against ints, but not strs... anyway, i think the attk power increased is very little, especially trading it with 66% defence of ur shield.. but against ints, it 100% helpful.

eventho you lose some shield def...you still have the blocks..
so the higher blocking ratio of shield become more important.

at most u juz treat urself as a glaiver (w/o shield) and gain some phy attack
