i need help that should i use lighing or no
its weak but have some nice skills like teleprot
so what i do and what about lvl4 skills (in all)
should i lvl it up after 20 or no and thanks

You'll need it. Teleport/Charged wind and Lightning shock are great skills, those 3 make it worth to max Lightning.
