Ok so which of these two skills is better?
Force Phys def debuff (-292 Phy def) or Fire's Phys damage buff? (Trial 9% with 8% passive)Which of these two will allow a player using weapon skills to deal higher damage to their opponent?

For an INT build, force would give the better result. The only problem is that unless you build your build completely around force, it's not worth taking. Since you also need lightning, that already sets your 2 masteries, after which you can decide how you distribute the rest of your masteries over cold and fire. Taking weapon skills is only interesting if you take them all the way, which would only be possible to the 100 cap, and then you'd be doing without immunity and without snow shield.

My force build will be: lightning 90 / Force 90 / Cold 60 / Fire 60.

I wouldn't take force. How would your char look at 150 cap?
150 Weapon
150 Force
No Imbue?
I think Force is only useful for pure Int because they can go:
150 Light or somewhat
150 Force
To say since, the being is not or the non-being is, is wrong to say against it, the being is and the non-being is not, is right.

I've thought about this, and in principle I agree with you, but also consider this: at the 150 cap, your magical balance as a full STR user will be somewhere in the range of 20%. How much do you think that imbue will help you?

If that is so ... that only proves that Chinese should go Hybrid!
Coz without Imbue they are nothing ...

yeh, but don't forget that the int point With the magical damage raises with each level. You get 1 int point each lvl this means if you raise a lvl not only the physical, but also the magical damage will increased. A lvl 150 will still do more magical damage than a lvl 100. So I think that the magical damage from the str builds will also play an important role in high lvl.

I would go force, force debuffs will make up for the lack of damage and I love force.

Does anyone recommend using force with a full str char?

I do believe that force will help fire bladers deal more damage.

Personally I do not recommend force for a full STR character, at least not beyond the level 100 cap. In spite of the low magical balance you'll have, I still don't think it's worth spending time debuffing your opponent during grinding. It may work well in pvp, but if you're really into such a thing, consider playing a warrior/warlock in stead. The only usable force builds I see are lightning/force nukers, with cold sub (snow shield) as long as it's affordable. Just stay far away from clerics unless they're on your side.

Thanks for the advice considering you are a force user yourself, I will take it.

My build most probably will be like this:
90B 90F 40L 40S 40F

I have a warrior\warlock char by the way.
