Ok, so I am a pure str blader, but my Phy Balance is only 95%, is that good? I am lvl 22.

Yup.
You should be at 93% without gear.
Looks like you have str 5 gear.

yeah that's good. At the 80cap the max is 10X%, so you're close XD
