Need Help On Bow/Ice/Light/Force to be a nuker

this is my first char and im completely n00b.
i want to be nuker but my stat is hybrid
str:89
int:99

Ice =30
light=30
pacheon=25
Force=16 (just now delevel it)

can i still be a nuker?
If the answer is YES how?
or i should change to another build?
or delevel skill?

Yes you can still be a nuker, but it´ll cost you so much time you rather start a new char. Actually you will never be a real nuker.. because you have putted to much points in str, you will be more concentrating on weapon skills then nukes.

If you continue I suggest to look up some guides about hybrids.. the chance of ever becoming a nuker is pretty low

if iwant to start all over again, to be nnuke , what is the best stat and mastery

I´d say go pure int, and add atleast:
- Fire (because it gives the most damage of all forces
- Lightning (because all of its skills are good for nukers

oh BTW, as long as you have fire and light, you can really put whatever you want for the remaining masteries. spear for more hp, sword for more block ratio, pacheon for hawk and passive. ice for defense. mix and match, have fun..
