Nuke or Spear Skill?

Hey there I have a 2:1 int hyrbid spear and I have enough to either max out either Heuksal spear skills or the flame wide nuke (it will be my 1st and only nuke btw). Which should I choose? Or in this case which would you choose?

natural answer will probably be spear skills. but if think you've had enough of spear skills and want to nuke for range ... 1st book lvl 1 nuke, max the 2nd book. not sure if nuke is gonna worth the while, considering you're 2:1 int hybrid.

So...that means...you would pick fire nuke over heuksal?

Not only will it do damage, the heuksal skill can also stun. Forget the fire nukes until you are fully farmed. Flying dragon does good with a hybrid. It deals decent damage even with my 83% INT hybrid.

umm.. i not sure i dont have a 1:3 hybrid so i cant really say...
but i think nuke would do the same damage as your hueskal skills.
and you can crit with hueskal skill which does more damage then nuke.
but nuke takes long to cast..
if you want nuke i suggest just geting 1 type of nuke to start of a pvp.

some 1 said that u shld only use nuke
1. enemy dying and running away
2. enemy stunned
3. enemy knockbacked

only use nuke when enemy is disabled or KB...so u dun leave urself open to attacks

Okay so I tried the fire nuke, my fire mastery is currently at 73 (I'm at 78) so the fire widenuke is at lv 9. And Tested how much damage it can do on a Shaman (lvl78) mage. And it does around 8-9k of damage. Is this bad?

and how much damage do you do with petal and soul spear serise.

SSS does like...a total of 8-9k and GSM can do 7-8k and crit 10k+
