Dual Weap at 90 cap, go full int s/s or still dual ?

Hello everyone , im planning on lv90 cap , and i was wondering if a pure int bicheon 90 lightning 90 cold 60 heuskal 60 would be strong ?

I will use bicheon skills to put bleed , and then i switch spear to nuke + petal , and will the petal damage will be strong or not , as i am a pure int ?

Shall i go instead : bicheon/lightning/cold >90 fire30 and only nuke with spear
Or still be dual for the petal with the spear

if you stay pure int i suggest bicheon only
bicheon/light/cold > 90 fire 30
useless goind dual jsut for petal

and dual is meant to have both bichceon and hueskal skills not jsut petal..

switching to spear just to nuke is prety smart seen alot of nukers do that in my server
