Pure Str Glavie or Pure INT Spear

Should i go pure str glavie with fire/ice garment or pure int with thunder/ice garment?

Its either higher damage and low hp meaning u have a higher chance of dying or lower damage lower mp but having lots lots more hp. But since ur glaive u still do lots of damage even if ur not int.
