suggestions for spear hybrid mag % with +5 stuff?

Does any1 have any good suggestions of mag % balance for a spear hybrid user with +5 gears? i think 7:1 (87%) may be too low since i have only a +5

IMO 1:4 is the best for spear

u do AMAZING dmg and survive with no problems
