Force ain't worth it unless you're going all the way.

ya because even if you get a decent debuff at lvl 60, if you dont lvl it anymore it will rarely work when you hit higher lvls. and its a waste of sp to lvl force to 60 and not take it any further

Level 60 force gives you:
-Parry ratio reduce
-Attack rating reduce
-Physical defense reduce
