why s/s

can it hit anywhere along the lines of how good a spear does? how much less damage does it take than a spear player?
ujst wanting to know why most people pick s/s over spear

not too much more damage, s/s is like 1-5k less damage but it can block

The damage difference isnt that much, but s/s is better in pvp and has better tankability.

Spear you get a higher attack, but less defense...
Sword you get lower attack [not much lower], but MUCH higher defense...

So you sacrafice something on each one... I like sword/shield, better in PvP.

this one time me and this spear thief would fight a warrior hunter
my comrade would just and die never having a chance
on the other hand i would(s/s nuker) kill the warrior with ease
