I haven't played for a while and im wonderin... Why do euro people only have 2 masteries? Im confused about the max mastery level etc...

Because that is pretty much all they need to survive, euros have been created to play together in a party, to make up for each other's weaknesses, and cosidering that they are already extremely difficult to fight against letting them have 3 maxed masteries like chinese would overpower them to the point that all chinese players will quit sooner or later.

^ true also the main reason is that the euro mastery lvl is limited to be 2x your own lvl. so at lvl 80, ur maximum mastery is 160, which allows only 2 trees/classes to be mastered. You could theoretically do 3 trees (like 80warlock70cleric10warrior for shield trash) but it's best to stick to two.

Cool, so since the cap now is lvl 100, the mastery level u can get is 200...?
Oh, and is it possible to get ALL the skills from one mastery? Or is it limited?

unless you're playing kSRO, or another version, cap's still Lv80 here at iSRO.

And yes, you can get all the skills in one Mastery tree, i.e., in the warrior tree you can get all 1h, 2h, and dual axe skills. And yeah, by max mastery he meant the max level your can up a tree; i.e., as you put wizard (would be Lv80 in iSRO at the moment).

ok, one more question:

Can i get teleport for lightning thing as a wizard without getting anything else? and if I do, will the lightning mentalist skill do anything to it?

it's required that you have Lightning Spirit to level 7 to get teleport. So, no it's not possible to get that skill w/o anything else. Also, I'd suggest getting Charged Wind which has Knock Back probability 80% for each 6 successive shot. That skill also requires to level Lightning Spirit.

What do I need to have aerial teleport?

For aerial transport you need your wiz mastery to be Lv80...so at this cap it'll only be Lv1. But you'll also need Lightning Spirit Lv20, and Teleport Lv3.
