i'm lvl30 and cant see use of the fan storm and wolf storm 0.0 tried them out and one gets block and the other gets you higer mag... for 15 sec... pointless. and you can use only one of em @ a time so basically, you should only max one?

I would increase the magical defense one. It is really good because it can take the damage at cap from a 10k nuke reducing it to a 5k nuke which for a Pure Str Glavier with full gear and X-Large pots will pot that up before the nuker can hit off its next nuke. Very good skill IMO.

Yeah, you really only need to level up the mag defense one, seeing as you'll need it more than anything else. Sadly, the skill only lasts 30secs.

isn't it only 15 secs? 30 secs would be pretty long and enough time to kill a nuker without snowshield

Yeah since you can move (thank god) while using the magic def + fanning skill, its very awesome, the third book lvl 1 is like over 300 mag def + so its awesome in PVP

You can use it in pve too, like in nachals room / mages & shamans. I grind at mages when I was lvl 80, wearing garment. The damage they deal to me is lower than what I recieve from generals, meanwhile I one shot all mages, while generals do blocks on our attacks.

+3 very good skill to begin with. Pump the mag def one.

I also think, people should get Bloody Demon Storm this is like a 42% Block Rate Max for Spears most people would take Bloody Snake but sometimes it's not enough like if a Wizard Zerks on you with TurnOver...with Snake you will die anyway doesn't matter but Storm hehe you got a chance :0 I gotten alot of life saving blocks with this, works good for Int Spears in Mana Shields too, Demon Storm only blocks Magic Attacks(Nukes) not Weapon Skills.
