For str bow build!!!

hey i am lvl 36 pure str bow, i am fire and light, but wat lvl should my cold be at? my cold lvl is at lvl 20 now for the 1st lvl of the snowshield and some def buffs but do i need it any more??

Level 30 at max. But I suggest level 1 snow shield either way.

Bow can do without ice, but for 80 cap you can add ice to 60 for a good phys def increase. At 90 cap delvl it to 30
