Pwnography Union Starting

Hi. I was wondering if there were any guilds out there that would be interested in joining a new union. We are a relaxed guild and we just want to have fun. We have a couple lvl 60+'s but no requirements to join the guild atm.
Requirements to Join the Union:
1) English Speaking Only - No Exceptions
2) Must Have Active Members - Not every member, but enough so we know your guild still exists
