It aint in a offense but every guild lvl 4+ has spend much time and money on, Still it is allot of money for a lvl 4 guild =/.
But good luck selling it ^^

well that's why i said not less than 50... so far, about 48mil was paid to lvl it up only... and i expect some profit for the time factor...

Well it is yours at the moment ... but once you sell it, the owner can do whatever they want with it.
