dude I kicked everyone from guild, so a voting process wouldn't happen and I wouldn't lose the guild... ask any one, my guild England has only 1 member which is the GM, one of my chars AngloQueen... if you join Kadaj you won't get kicked as long as you never bot, scam, etc...
