Doubt it.
He said 18:00 hours SRO time. In Korea, it's already Saturday now. There, Rome's birthday was yesterday.
He just globalled that the party'd start in 2.5 hours, but in Korea it's 7.35 now, not 18:00.
Last, why'd they set up a party for Rome? They didn't do the same with the older servers either.
