banned for CCF? or banned for Chargeback? if it was chargeback then he didnt necessarily do anything wrong.

well, tell your dad to call his cc company and let them make the payment... but you might have to start a new accound sad to say... because most of the time you wont be able to contact JoyNax to unban you.
