I think Ciddy could move later.. well, the server is getting cooler and cooler everyday... and MM, if you read wots going on on the Venus forum you'll know that until lvl30 you won't find good parties... talking about china, you don't need parties.. just a guild to talk in... and euro is dominante there... We attack as one team, not solo... so as for you soapy, we do have the euro parties there... you were always convinced that chinese win, but in Venus we don't solo that much... think about it guys... Ruyi, SG is there, don't you wanna join your fellow mod? lol

Making a level 80 in SRO takes a fair amount of money and a TON of time. I can't let myself spend that much time on SRO again. Especially in a game that is basically a pure grind with sub par PVP.

2 weeks, 46 levels. About 4 hours a day no ticket. I enjoy the new company I've made; and very little of it's solo partying. When we were leveling on Rome it was always soloing, unless it was snipers where we were until we could both solo Generals. Venus is much more different. It's like a general party; but the entire way through. I know you would not want to start over again and I know many others feel the same. But to me; Rome is dead minus the few friends I made in it. If you can't tell, look at how the bots overrun the server. Goldbots galore (soon to be banned, but they'll be back). Ron, how hard is it to find a place in the Generals to grind? Remember? Finding your own little corner took nearly 30 minutes, and then when you get nice and settled, another legit (one of only about 20 on the entire server) gets frustrated that you're in the same spot. You know that IwanFiveBirD turned to botting? I don't know if Zwei did; but I can tell you for certain that many of our legit friends have become bots. Not because they didn't want to be legit anymore; but they got tired of lvling and going through the boring grind ALONE.

Do you wanna know why you, me, ciddy, and a few others made 80 legit without quitting or resorting to botting? It's because we supported each other, talked on vent all the time, and actually had fun with each other. Those that turned to botting, never talked to anyone; never tried to party with us. They tried to live the game like it was them against the world. The nature of the Legit is to fight your hardest; but your best efforts don't come from when you are soloing... they come from when you work as a team. All those times WE killed Yarkan, were because WE worked as a team. Fck bots man. I know you don't want to start but as of right now I have no intention of logging onto Rome except to piss of some bots.

And I know quite a few which are sitting themselves in this forum acting like a Legit. I'm not going to go in and screenshot those of you that bot; for a few reasons.

1. Not worth logging in just to do that.
2. If I turn you in what did you learn? Not to bot, or not to trust me?
3. You decided to do what you did and you alone are the one to turn yourself in. I just hope that they really do ban ALL the bots, and not just the gold bots. I'm sure a few people in this section will be posting something about how they can't login anymore.

So Ron; given the fact that you were willing to try other games, and level immensly in them; why won't you really give Venus a shot? In short, I think it's because bots made you hate SRO; more than anything.

I guess ya are a europe again? Which explains why you lvl fast, if i restart ill make a blader again and it takes ages to get those to 64++. And indeed like savagepriest said, it takes to much time and to much money.

You are correct in the fact that the bots made the game frustrating. However, the union I had and the friends I made actually made the bots more of a motivation in the end. My goal was to beat them to 80 and I did so in most cases. That was alot of hardcore playing that I just can't afford to do anymore.

I have not been mass leveling on Cabal. I play casually and am level 106 now. The game is the easiest leveling MMO i have ever played. I also have a fun guild with a pretty fun vent server. I logged onto SRO the other day and did some pvp and just couldn't get over the simplicity and the fact that there is virtually no strategy in pvp. It all comes to gear and level. Also, the party play aspect is extremely lacking in SRO.
In cabal; at lvl 75+, mostly everything you do is party oriented and the instances are actually extremely fun sometimes. They all have interesting storylines and the storyline as a whole for the game isn't half bad.

Regardless, I think I have found a MMO that better suites my playing style.

I have no doubts Venus is a great server with the legit stuff going on and since there are alot of SRF people. Perhaps if I had more time to play and if Yumiya wasn't as high level I would have joined you guys on Venus. But I can't play alot, it took me a year to get Yumiya to 70 so the best option for me is to stick around with Rome til she hits the cap, then we'll see what happens.

@ Ron, I know how you feel, and you know how I felt when I told you I'm gonna quit and all that.. It's just Venus that made me stay (after staying in Rome cos I joined yer union)... Now, saying you spent a lot of time and money and all that on Rome, okay.. For money, I guess it's not that difficult for someone who lives in the states lol (can you lend me some )... for the time, c'mon, we're always partying... It took lots of legits there like 2 months to hit 80, with loads of gold.. You don't need a prem really if you're commited to finding parties... It's way easier in here... All in all, speaking about money and time, you're not playing much on Rome now, just pvping, so, the money is already wasted... so no need really to be sad...

First, i had a europe as you all know, and why u think i started a chinese cuz i thought europe was so awesome?
And still getting the lowest lvling class in the Entire game (Blader) to Lvl 70 is nice in my opnion tho. Kits is going to hit 70 today i guess.
And Second i wont think about it again becouse i know the answer already. Im on rome, Ill stay on rome Like it or not

I love my Chinese char, but that's an opinion really. I prefer to play solo rather than in a team, so the choice between a Chinese and an Euro is easily decided. Hence the fact I love my blader so much; I don't need anyone. I can tank alot of mobs without having to make a run for it because I can't handle it.
The European builds are just not my thing. :)

Either way, people should do what they want. I'm happy for everyone who has fun on Venus after disliking playing on their previous server. If there are people who prefer an European character over a Chinese one or the other way around, I'm happy for them either way.

Games are played for fun, so, whether you stay on Rome or move to Venus, go have fun. :)

I wish you were on my server. BTW, lvl06? and you said you just play casually? The higher lvl dungeon quest is fun and hard too. I got my ass rapped in Runia Station... Can you craft red osmium?

Lol, nobody is close to crafting Red osmium yet. Some are close to regular osmium.

Level 106 is cake, and I will tell you how. Get a group of people together (4-6) and go into Runia Station. Get to the Invader Mechbuffalo+ and kill the boss there. Don't finish the dungeon. Just sit in the corner so you can only get attacked by the front and break the statues and kill mechbuffallo for the whole time. At 106 (108 now)I still get about 80k exp per hit. In one of those runs (half hour) I used to make 2 to 2.5 levels. Now I get almost an entire level every half hour from those runs.

The key is to find a strong guild or group of people to run with and be at least G. Master.
