If you're referring to RF Online, afaik, it was p2p when it was released, but it's f2p now.

SRO isn't p2p, we don't have to pay to play (And no, logging in 89324719847 times doesn't count). If you don't want to buy silk, then don't. If you stop paying for let's say Star Wars Galaxies or WoW, you just can't play.
