i am always changing acc's !!

i wanna know which of this chars is the strongest and the fastest lvling :

Lv42 Cleric (Needs Sp's Cuz I have 0 gap and the skills still low)
Lv41 Rogue (Gap 0 -.- but good skills )
or The Lv16 Chinese Javan (Farmer )
