Where are the High lvl Hunterz?

Where are they? I only see lvl 90 thiefs who do 40K dmge on any transport. But I never see any lvl 90 hunters in towns, which makes trading nearly impossible.

my guild had a bunch of hunters outside of dw and sama 2 days ago, i saw TmR out and we destroyed their caravan and saved the trader they robbed, was a 5 star trade
i hate tmr

WTH he robbed a guildies' trade yesterday

^I remember it. We were robbed by two TmR guys.
Both their aliases started with TmR_ bu the end was different.

I think you dont see so many high hunters on your way, because most of them become hunter when they have already a trader. But thiefs have to be outside and wait for traders. So the best way is to know some hunters you can ask when you want to start a trade.

yeah it was only the trader but he was a higher lv so i had to zerk to kill him
