Guild Question

Hey wasup to all the Guild masters. how do you have your guild set up. I mean I know there is a guild master who has all the rights but what about your other players. Do you guys give them the same rights as yourself(guildmaster) or what? I'm wondering how is your system set up, so you can run a proper guild. Get at me Gracias!!
