lvl 30 looking for freindly guild

Im looking for a guild. Im lvl 30 (almost 31) and sometimes active (i might play 6 hours a day for one week then not play atal for another week).
Im looking for a friendly guild, i.e. one that dosnt flame other guilds in globals just because they dont want to do a guild war.
IGN is lnnovacious (thats a small L at the beggining)
