when i try to turn my compouter on it shows that it couldn't load windows normally and u have to choose "start windows normally" when i do this, it just does the same thing. Any help?

ps: i might not be able to post in awhile because i cant go into my computer. this isfrom a different computer

Try unplugging your computer and letting it stay unplugged for a little bit.....might refresh the settings, worth a try.
