windows blind is not working..

I got this version of windows blind :

At first, it was running very well and I was able to change my skin to whatever I needed. When I rebooted my computer though, the thing like uninstalled itself and now my taskbar is white and a lot of colors are inversed. I am not able to see the minimize, maximize, and close sign on my windows. Does anyone know how to solve this?
