friend cant see/bee seen

my friend just tried out the game, and i could message him but he couldnt hear my messages, or see anyone... and i couldnt see him...
his pc is percetly new... any ideas
oh he also could spin around, but not walk

thats a very general description of the problem. any other details? did you tell him to meet you some where on the map, well i guess you can't though, definitely sounds like his end, whats his rig? OS? Country?

yea was same server cuz i was able to type to him...
but his pcs only 3 years old... i mean he can max out like all other mmorpgs... we were just playing wow...
but since he couldnt move/didnt know how i was meeting him in spawn place...
just he couldnt be seen and he couldnt see anything...
he even tried putting all settings on low, but that shouldnt matter cuz either way i couldnt even see him...
