Cant login to Joymax portal.

Hi.
I tried to login to Joymax.com with my account but i can not login cause an error saying "Password can not be exceeded 12 digits". I can login to Silkroadonline.net and ingame but not to joymax.com. The reason iam trying to login to joymax is change my password but i cant because of this error. I hope you can help out of this bug/error and reply as soon as you could.

Is your password longer than 12 digits (letters and numbers). If so, you're pretty screwed I think. But if you were able to log in before, i guess it is just some bug, and I suggest trying again later.

yes the password is larger than 12 letter . i guess i will lose that account for sure.
