All of my Character Vanish

Im play on Aege server
Now i can play again after Europe Expansion
And when im log in i cant see my character
So can someone help me
How to contact GM for this problem :banghead:

its possible they deleted ur char but i doubt it. try loging in again sometimes it doesnt load ur chars.

How long havent you played?

Jm states:

No silk = chars deleted after 6 months of inactivity
Silk = chars deleted after 1 year. of inactivity

But I hear different stories here :roll:

not true, i myself have a char that i have had more 2 years and havent bought silk.

I know, JM says so, so it's not always true. Besides, it only counts when you havent logged on for 6 months
