Sometimes it says the name on the motherboard, if it doesn't you should go find the box. I don't think there is any other way.

go into your BIOS when you boot?

Download this little application :

CPU-Z

It gives a whole lot of info about rour motherboard and everytinh connected to it :-)

How ro find out what motherboard I have.
