When I transfer cumulated buff I don't get accumulated buff

Hi
I have strange problem started to happen about two weeks ago about academy.
after hunting some mobs for more than hour of cource with my euro character .
I gain cumulated buff as normal,
when I transfer this buffs to the guardian (while he is online of course) I don't recive accumulated buff just my cumulated buff disappear.
this problem kept happening with me for the last two weeks... any idea?
