SRO Getting laggy?

Well, when I try to walk, and I walk a bit. Sometimes my screen freezes a few seconds and then my char JUMPS foward.
Also when I grind, I attack a mob, then I am getting stuck again, a couple of seconds later I suddenly see a lot of damage :\ and the mob is still standing and suddenly vanishes.. :\

Specs:
Asus P5B motherboard
Nvidia 8600 GT 512MB(DDR3)
2Gig ram ddr2
ask if u need more details

Can someone help me? I searched forums and tried a lot, nothing seems to work.
It could be my internet but I never had this befor.

it could be an internet problem, with the connection trying to keep up with all the data and such, does the screen freeze in general or is it just nothings move but u can still move the camera around?

I havent tried to turn the camera, i didnt pay attention to it, I think I can, i see the mobs 'breathing' you know when they stand stil, moving up and down.

So I think I can still move the camers, I didnt really pay attention to it :\

if the mobs are still move up and down as u say, its ur connection to the server, there isnt much u can do, other than shutting off all programs that require connection to the internet while u are playing.

i got somethin different when my first time playing SRO.... I COULDNT MOVE!!!!!
