installing issue

hey
this is my first time -trying- to play silkroad. and when it was done dl'ing i clicked the installer, and it says "welcome to silkroad online, click the install button to the right" i try clicking the button and it doesnt work ... its non-clickable. so is the cancel button. and the only way to get out of it is to ctrl-alt-delete it, and exit the window like that. ive also installed it 3 times from 3 different websites. i dont know wha happened.
if any of you know why the buttons dont work id appriciate some help.
