Chinese Tutorial on Xian Server

I'm having trouble starting Chinese Tutorial. I talk to General Sonhyeon but the only options I have are End Conversation. There is no option saying Talk or something like that. I've tried several characters and still don't work. Some other person couldn't do it as well.

you dont really need to talk to him, all it does is tells you how to buy items and equip stuff.

Ok, its just that you get some experience from it and some items

u get a lvl1 hand peice 10 hp herbs and 200 experience im asure u your not missing much
